4 Deposits & Payments
All deposits and transactions on 24ph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept the following payment methods:

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — even a family member — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of approval. 24ph aims to process most withdrawals on the same day, especially for GCash and Maya transfers.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard process to protect your funds and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered under the same name as your 24ph account. 24ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.
If a deposit was made using a bonus and the applicable wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus amount and associated winnings may not be eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
6 Bonuses & Promotions

Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements for bonuses are 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Some game types may contribute differently — for example, slots may count 100% towards wagering, while table games may count at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed. If a violation is confirmed, funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.
Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting 24ph support. Any balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.
